Broomhill Hospital situated at Kirkintilloch, Scotland was originally opened in 1876 for the treatment of TB and chronic illness. In 1995 the hospital closed and since then has been left unused. Although only a small hospital, Broomhill is really photogenic, partly aided by the fact it is falling apart around you. No joke, a large part of the stairway fell down whilst we were wandering the corridors. Despite it's dangerous condition however, Broomhill was a nice little explore.Back to Hospitals & Asylums
